coldreactive
If someone can either make it for me, or tell me where to edit the level cap in Creation Kit... I would be grateful. I don't want anything 100+ (Which all the level cap raise mods are), because it makes the numbers be cut off in the GUI.
ProjectVRD
I have a level capper and the number doesn't cut off, but I suppose your resolution is low?
coldreactive
I have a level capper and the number doesn't cut off, but I suppose your resolution is low? No, it's 1920x1080: http://i.imgur.com/EE4GB.jpg I'm using the default Skyrim font settings. (this is vanilla level cap using player.setlevel the max all skill perks modifications I've seen don't adjust the level cap font to show all three digits either. It's a mod that sets the cap above 250)
ProjectVRD
Ah right, you might wanna suggest a mod that redesigns the GUI mate. That way you can keep the uncapper mods and get the full number showing. The creator of SkyUI might be receptive, I suppose if you ask him he might include it in his plans for his ongoing work. :) Anyway, on to your question... Skyrim -Community- Uncapper by Elys has a Read Me file which I believe tells us how change the limit of the capping in his mod. If you are using his mod, download it again (as the Read Me file may have been overwritten because too many modders don't name the file in a professional way, none of them would be overwritten if they named as 'modname-ReadMe.txt'). If not, consider moving over to his mod as he provides good information. :)
coldreactive
The creator of SkyUI might be receptive, I'm not too fond of SkyUI, as it requires SKSE, and I like the default Skyrim UI better. Elys' Uncapper also requires SKSE. Reason why I don't like SKSE? Because it requires me to run its own launcher, rather than Skyrim's. Only reason preventing me from using it. coldreactive
But then I took this video to the brain: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTcOK0oEDMw
coldreactive
Edit: I've never gotten that dialog before (the one in the image that USED to be in this post) but people tell me it's normal. Regardless, I think SkyUI requires skse_loader or skse_launcher exes to be present.
coldreactive
SkyUI doesn't seem to edit the system menu above at all, so it'll still cut off in the system menu =/
demidekidasu
SkyUI will work without SKSE, but I think some features will be missing. Anyways, how come you don't want to use SKSE and use the launcher instead? Your user experience will be exactly the same, if not simpler :)
coldreactive
Because I'm tempted to name the launcher in Steam to "Iyeru's Super Happy Perverted Hentai (aka Skyrim)"
