Game kept crashing randomly

Anyone familiar with this error log from papyrus?

Error: INI setting "uVATSRangedPercentGlobal:VATS" does not exist

I've 100 over mods and they are mostly re-textures, followers, animations and armor/weapon mods. I just couldn't figure out what does this error log trying to tell me. I've check with Loot and Boss and even checked on GenerateFNIS and they all told me there was no errors or any mods incompatibilities.

 

This happens randomly when I'm running around in the game.
