Gwelwen
What i feared is true.. only 4 females on 31 players, that is 11.5 %. There's a lack at female players. All search for new ones ...

Malchik
I have tried to make female ones but it dont work for me Meeeeeh (that's me bleating.) You are trying to MAKE them? They let you do some funny things at school in Norway. Do you use test tubes? The forums are becoming more revelatory by the day! I don't think it will encourage women to join! Malchik
Yes, Silvuru, I guessed that was what you meant but the thread is about the number of women on the forums, not whether we create male or female characters in the game. (I suppose that could be a new thread if it hasn't already been asked.) So I thought I'd reply with a humorous response rather than be the heavy-handed moderator. Jesugandalf
We've been drinking champagne in the office and I'm feeling benevolent! What were you celebrating? Not the huge amount of women in the MWSource fora by the way, were you? ;)
Argoren
Playing pc games as a female is a very good way to get into conversation with the opposite gender. Boys/men/anything in between get really excited when hearing that I'm a gamer, too. B) As for me, I've loved those games, especially role playing, ever since I got my first computer. Can't tell why most other women do not like it - you will probably have to ask those who are not around here... :stupid: In fact mostly if I make the 'mistake' of telling another woman that I'm a gamer, her face freezes in that certain understandingless expression, looking me up and down as if she was searching for any signs of a certain illness. Huuhh... that can really make you shiver!!
Breton Thief Oriana
Thing is, most female players like FF better cause of the "Hot Guys" who are all just animated thingies anyway...
