My Char attacks more the once in animation

so after i installed the latest patch my Char got animation problems in 3rd person,

to be exact she hits 1 attack per mouse click even during an animation (aka i can spam attacks in second tacts as fast as i can)

 

this also refers to NPCs since they just rush at me and even the weakest melee fighter with dagger can kill me with 50 strikesin 3 seconds

 

before 1.8 Script Dragon ive read on Alexanders Page in dem comments that more people had had same problem after its release.

 

anyone has this aswell or knows whats the cause ? (i didnt had this problem before 1.8)

it seems the problem lies again with Fores Idles.
