Creating Unique NPC Face Textures

Hey Folks,

 

I was recently requested to provide unique facial scars for NPCs by magnumspec. I have a couple ideas but I would like to hear from users who are more familiar with the game then me. So, my question for you is this:

 

Which NPCs could use these unique scar textures?
