Followers, AFT & the Travelers Covered Wagon, weird new problem.

Hey everybody :) Very weird problem here 1 I'm using "A.F.T." and 2 the "Traveler's Covered Wagon". I use AFT to summon both followers and tell Cara to wait there, me and Lydia go outside to jump in the wagon, I jump in but Lydia just stands there, Cara Teleports from inside the castle to sit in the wagon.

I've been using these very well for over a year and this just started. I have uninstalled the wagon, Then logged in, saved that then used "Save Tool" to clean the "Script Orphans" (26, presumably from the wagon) then loaded and logged in on that save, ran the game a few minutes, then saved, loaded that then logged out and reinstalled the wagon, After going through the wagons set up (With No Followers around) when I jumped in "Lydia" from Wayy away Teleports to sit in the wagon, I'm thinking this is weird but different but she isn't Actively following (Started walking back home when I jumped out) so we ride back to assign a follower for a quest, after again I summon both, tell Cara to wait, when me and Lydia go to the wagon, Lydia (Again) just stands there while "Cara" jumps in the wagon (From inside the home, Cara is again not the active follower). Lydia does fine with the horses but with horses, I cant carry around my stuff or bring as much loot back. Any Idea's here? AFT is such a hassle to start and stop but AFT seems to be the only part left it could be, Any Idea's?
