Stuck in main menu

[Draharad]

Hi all, after installing a plethora of different mods, I can't seem to start a new game. The game doesn't really crash, it just sort of... never starts. After clicking on "new game", it just loads for ever, I can still hear the music and move the cursor around so it doesn't freeze or anything.
