How the hell Do I fix this? (Claire Darkside Skin)

I can't for the life of me apparently install this simple mod to Change her Classic Skin to Her Darkside costume (with Vest)

Obviously, I'm using the fluffy Mod Manager for it. But for some reason With vest or without vest Her Clevlage Keeps showing this picture below
