1 Talent = 2 points

Hello all, im looking for one mod i used long ago, i don't know how to explain exactly because i don't speak english but is something like with 1 talent point you gain 2

Example: If i have 15 points in strength the next point will up to 17, not 16

 

Is like 1 point worth 2

I have never heard of such a mod.

 

You can get the books that increase ATTRIBUTES via the vigil vendor.

ATTRIBUTES = strength, dexterity, magic etc.

 

TALENTS = spells, stealth, indomitable, etc.

 

SKILLS = survival, combat training, herbalism, etc.
