marczufall1
Hi folks, I'm a huge fan of this community and I really enjoy the good work the driven modders here are doing! My mod request has something to do with a thing that I have been struggling with ever since I first laid hands on The Witcher 3. And that has something to do with pacing. I love the main story and I love everything that is happening in this world, all the side-quests, all the activities, all the small adventures. However, I cannot help but feel that these two pillars -- main quest and everything else, that is -- get in each other's way. Whenever I play the game and stray from the main quest to go do some side work, I feel like Geralt would not do this. He is worried about Ciri, he would not be distracted. But I am, quite honestly, way more interested in using the game to simulate the life of a witcher. Of course, I could just start up the game ready for HOS or BAW, so that the main quest is already done. This leaves side quests open. Problem solved. Well, not quite. There are some parts of the story that I feel make for super cool side adventures that could be pretty much unrelated to the main story. For example, "Family matters" or everything related to Keira. Does anyone know if there is a mod that blocks out quests tied to the core thread of the story while preserving side adventures á la "Family matters", "A tower full of mice", "Wandering in the dark", "The whispering hillock", etc.?
