Dragonsreach Porch Issue

So I successfully duplicated Dragonsreach castle and placed it where Nilheim is and everything is working great except for the great porch at the back. I linked the doors together but whenever I go out into the porch, my character seems to be floating over the floor. Anyone know how I can fix this issue?
