Low download speed for large files on Premium account

I'm starting a new topic without the word scam in the title because my other topic was locked, even though there are several other topics expressing the same issue that weren't locked, so I'm assuming mine was locked because it had the word scam all over it. Censorship is not appreciated. Thanks.

 

Addressing the "replies" I had on the previously mentioned and now locked topic, I have much higher download speeds than 200 kb/s. Even in Vortex itself I'm getting 8-9 mb/s on files smaller than 500 mb in size. Why then am I getting slower speeds on files larger than 500 mb? If anything, I'd prefer to be paying for higher speeds on larger files, not smaller ones. It doesn't make any sense. Why would anyone pay to have uncapped speed for small files but download at a crawl on large files??? And why is there a difference in speed in the first place??

 

And please don't lock this topic since, as I've said, all other topics expressing the same issue weren't locked. And this is a matter of support for Vortex, yes, since I need support while using Vortex.

 

Any actual help would be appreciated.

its clearly nothing to do with vortex, as has already been explained. go read the site there are 40-50 threads all discussing the same situation. why do you need to open another thread in the wrong forum?

do you think, by spamming the forums, you'll get a different answer to the one you already received? Also, in the reply you received from Pickysaurus, he gave you a link. Do you think the answer to your question could be in clicking that link? why don't you try it and see?

I had clicked on the link, of course, but I had missed the part at the bottom about the Feedback, Suggestions and Questions forum. I was under the impression it was a direct support link rather than a forum for some reason.

 

Either way, there's no need for the (not so) passive aggressive demeanor. My issue is valid and speaking out loud is justified. Myself and all other threads I've seen on this matter have no resolution for the problem. I'll "spam" on the appropriate forum, though. Thanks for the reply.
