Skyrim does not launch

Recently, after uncharacteristically downloading like 60 mods at once, Skyrim has stopped launching. The launcher itself works just fine, but when I click "Play" The launcher closes and nothing happens so I'm left awkwardly staring at my desktop.

 

Vortex says everything is A-Ok, LOOT says everything is A-Ok, Wrye Bash says everything is A-Ok. But clearly,

 

Not everything is A-Ok

 

After exhausting all my options hopefully you guys can tell me what the hell is wrong. Here is my load order:

Whelp, I've completely reinstalled skyrim and all my mods, and everything seems to be working.
