THICCTHANOZ has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Conversion of serveral mods by other authors to Blade & Sorcery and redistributing them without providing the original authors' permissions.

In this case the uploader actually ignored the original author’s note provided with the original file on Steam Workshop:

“It would also be appreciated if no edits or re-uploads of this map were put anywhere because I have worked hard on this map and personally don't appreciate it when others take credit for my work.”

 

Uploader’s “Credits and distribution permission” (excerpt):

 

 

“Modification permission You must get permission from me before you are allowed to modify my files to improve it

 

Asset use permission You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file

 

Asset use permission in mods/files that earn donation points You are allowed to earn Donation Points for your mods if they use my assets”

 

 

 

The uploader has not provided the original author’s sub licence that allows her/him to give these permissions concerning the original author’s assets in the file.

 

The original author has not been credited (namely).
