Ik Solvers 3ds MAX!

Is there anyway to use the ik solvers in 3ds to animate a steleton and then have those animations stay once converted to .nif? Aeon and Xp32 are clearly using IK solvers in the pictures in their tutorial but they make no mention of how to get the conversion to work and keep the animation created with the ik solvers....

 

I've searched and seached and no one even gives a clear answer.

 

Is moving every little joint by hand my only option?
