Armor effects not working after Flowergirl animation re-equips

For some reason, after recent mod updates, after the animations finish, the armor I had is re-equipped, but the enchantments are no longer active.

 

The Load order is:

Also updated CBPC mod. Not sure at all why the enchantments are not working when the armor is re-equipped. Any assistance is welcome.

I always have this problem. Not sure why it happens, but I have to unequip all the gear again and re-equip. Then the enchantment effects are working again.
