Hey fellow nexus companions.

Basically, an idea I have been toying with in recent months, this topic is about employment.

I currently work in the UK, in the motor trade. I hold quite a respected position within my 'Dealership' and also hold legal responsibilities and acting on behalf of my country's government vehicle department - the DVSA.

Although I am good at it, this job role is beating me down. Poor working conditions, Poor treatment by management & most importantly Rubbish pay.

I can see things are not really going to get much better for me in this trade - so I want out.

Its not too late as I am 29, no kids or missus to worry about so no tie downs. One of the other area's I have a talent for is 3D Modelling, mainly using 3ds max.

So my question is to anybody in here who already works in games development; if they could share some insight into the job role, expectations & requirements to get the job and the expected salary?
