Cleanup my filthy house?

I did a quick search, but didn't come up with anything...

 

Are there no simple re-texture mods to cleanup the player-owned pig-sty? I mean, there is detergent available in the game, so why wouldn't I fill up my sink with radioactive water, add some detergent, and clean the scum off my fridge, etc? And with all the scrap metal around, why wouldn't I fix the gaping holes in my roof?!?

because youd be too busy out killing mutants and playing the game? :P nah, I know what you mean. I just stupidly purchased the ruddy science theme. Not much use to me really, but oh well. Guess the place does need a retexture

Something I'd wish for in that respect would be to be able to purchase certain aspects of the house designs seperately, so you could combine the "egaged couple" lamp from the "lover style" (:P at quotation marks) with the table and chairs from the pre-war style etc.

 

What would you have to do to achieve that? Are dialogues editable already? How are items defined? The House Styles are also "items", after all... :blush:

It'd also be nice to see the house robot doing more then drifting about aimlessly. Maybe a few animations of it vacuuming, or dusting. Also maybe after x days go by after owning the house it actually looks cleaner, and cleaner, as the robot "tidies up the place while you're gone."
