Deapri Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 I fought with this a while and it seems a recent update in windows had reset my proxy settings, so, ensure your internet connection proxy is correct (the one internet explorer and google chrome use) This resolved the issue of the server being blocked.
