Nuclear Nude textures not appearing suddenly + Atomic Beauty mesh(?) not appearing when outfit is unequipped

hello, im still very new to using mods - in fact FO4 is the only game i have modded. please bare with me as i might have trouble understanding solutions people might suggest. screenshots of how you have things arranged/set up would be greatly appreciated where possible.

 

so just like the title says, im suddenly having issues with having the Nuclear Nude mod textures to work. rather, it IS working, but not for my character called Mira: see here. also included my mod ordering in case that might be part of the issue. Piper has the texture working, but Mira doesnt have it. it was working the other day, but i dont believe i've done anything to cause this, so im looking for suggestions on what the issue might be. i checked that my mods are up to date (at least the ones that would most affect the appearance of the characters that arent clothing-based).

 

secondly, i didnt have this issue before (possibly dumb luck), but when my character would be completely stripped of armor/clothing, they'd still have the Bodyslide proportions i gave them. this time, it goes away (nudity ahead): see here. dont mind the clipping - it looks better with the Sirius bodysuit/armor. i tried building stuff through Bodyslide as well, but im afraid of causing something else i dont want to happen even if it did fix it (ex: applying the proportions to every female npc - happened before). i thought i wouldnt need CBBE, so i turned it off, but no go.

 

i tried rearranging the order of Atomic Beauty and CBBE, reinstalling them, checking the files themselves too but i cant figure out what im doing wrong for either of these issues. i run F4SE through NMM if that means anything. i used to run it through Steam, but ever since i reinstalled FO4 running it through Steam omits some mods that require F4SE but not all of them. the game is also installed/run through an external hard drive.

 

i think that's everything - greatly appreciate any solution/suggestion to these.
