Swetyfeet
I can't access my Data Files section of the Skyrim Launcher. I've Googled it again and again, but none of the suggested solutions work. They all say that I need to go into my SkyrimPrefs.ini file and modify it so that it says bEnableFileSelection=1. I've done this, and no dice. I tried enabling my mods via the Nexus Mod Manager, but that doesn't do anything either. Is there something else blocking me from enabling the Data Files selection? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Swetyfeet
are you running it through steam? That is a negative, I do not have Steam because it confuses me. Our terms of service must have confused you also - as we do ban pirates instantly.Bben46

Swetyfeet
can you install skyrim without steam legally? Well I got my copy from a friend, which I'm pretty sure is legal, so yes. Nope, not a legal version unless you register and run it through steam. Still a pirate if you didn't.Bben46
slainia
l'm pretty sure that's not supported here. also, if you've got a cracked version - again, not supported - that tends to have problems with mods anyway. it's worth the $ to buy it imo. less hassle.
