Combat mode never stops

I noticed there were some enemies in Skyrim that don't stop the combat if you leave them alive and just walk past them. I use INeed and Frostfall, I can't waste time in frozen wastelands fighting bears and all while freezing and starving to death, so I just run past them letting them fight my summoned creatures. But the thing is sometimes some enemies (mostly though ones, if not all) don't stop combat. I went from solitude and met a spider, ran past it, arrived at Whiterun, dragon reach, just to find out that Lidia was starring at a wall in a combat pose screaming war shouts. Then I noticed I couldn't use anything because I was in combat. So I had to run back to solitude (I have fast travel disabled) just to get to that injured spider to kill it. And only after it was dead the combat ended. But second time when I did almost the same thing I got stuck in combat again having to travel between cities back and forth killing everyone and everything just to end the combat glitch but it never stopped. I believe I just can't find that one enemy that makes me stuck in combat. Is there any way I can stop the combat without finding and killing that thing? P.S. Hiding doesn't work as... As enemies never stop knowing where you are, I guess. Going far away too, as you can see. Waiting doesn't work as well (I can wait, but I an't sleep and even after waiting the combat continues). P.S.S. I travel with M`rissi but I doubt that the mod cause the problem as I travelled alone and with Faendal and had the same problem. P.S.S.S. Could "Run For Your Lives" be a problem?

[update] My tests showed me that the problem was caused by my companions getting in a fight. Due to Legendary difficulty they are not able to win or it takes them way too long to do so so the combat continues. Yet I believe it is still a glitch as once I was alone in Winterhold and a dragon appeared. I hid in a building but it never stopped seeing me somehow. Running far away helped though
