Mod for Follower sneaking behaviour

Well I am currently playing skyrim with an Illusion/Archery Char and I got myself Lydia as my Companion. However Lydia does not seem to know that you can attack while sneaking without showing yourself and rushing straight into the enemy. What I am looking for is a mod that gives followers a much more intelligent AI. If I am sneaking and casting an Illusion spell on an enemy I dont want my follower to jump out of the sneaking crouch position and attack the enemy. If the follower has a bow and I draw mine and aim, I would like her to do the same. Then when I shoot she shoots at the same time but does not break cover. So that I can peek out of cover shoot, and return back into cover, while my follower does the same and we dont get discovered. Only when we get fully detected she should charge into an full attack. I have read the Descriptions of UFO and a few other follower mods but none of them seem to have something like this. I dont know but vanilla Skyrim kind of makes all sneaking chars almost impossible to play wiht a follower. Any Mod that would have this implemented is greatly appreciated!

It will prevent your follower from attacking the enemy when you cast a spell or use a bow. However, it doesn't do everything you ask... followers won't execute sneak attacks (if I could figure out how to do this, I would definitely add it) and followers won't attack just because you are fully detected (though you can have them attack just by exiting sneak mode once you're detected).
