How risky is it to do new pre-vis/pre-comb in Boston in your mod?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I've been working on something in North End part of Boston, and while I've avoided breaking pre-comb/pre-vis so far up to this point, I'm just wondering how complicated it would be to maintain compatibility with other mods if I've done something that requires regenerating those data. The cells I'm working on are :

- OldNorthChurchExt (7, 0)

- PickmanGalleryExt (6, 0)

I'm not working in a way that would require me to do an overhaul of the area yet, but if I could make it look like people have been living there for some years, that would be ideal for the project.

If you could share some thoughts/advice on the subject, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

...I guess what I'm wondering about is, if there are a lot of mods out there that come with their own PrC/PrV in that area. If I'm going to have conflicts with a lot of pre-existing mods out there, I am thinking to just not going that route.

If I generated new PrC/PrV, the affected cells would extend from where USS Constitution would land post-quest, to maybe edge of Charlestown, I think. It's pretty dense around there, so just want to know if I'm about to do something that'll give me a headache later.
