Load order causing crashes? Help?

Oblivion has been crashing on start-up for a while and I can't seem to figure out what the problem is. I have done a lot of the things on the forums like deleting the .ini file and restarting oblivion, (trying to) make my load order right again but that hasn't worked for me.

I'm almost positive that it is conflicting mods that are the cause of my problems and I would appreciate help if you'd give it :).

Can you remember the last mod you installed before the crashes? If yes then uninstall it and test the game again. After all,if it's indeed a matter of conflicting mods then that means you installed something and things get messed up because of it.
