Quest bugs

[Mocat]

Hi

 

So i got 2 quests i cant finish (bug)

 

Find a copy souls black and white ID MGR20, MGR20B

and collect bounty from skald ID BQ03

 

I tried setstage that works for MGR20, MGR20B but the quest will stay in my journal

and till now nothing works for BQ03.

 

Also tried dropping the book souls black and white and picking it back up with the command but doesnt work

 

 

I have update 1.8.151.0.7 and unofficial skyrim update

 

also its pretty annoying that the game has been out for a year now and these bugs are still in the game, its like they got monkeys working at bethesta no offense to any monkey's

 

Any help or tips would be appreciated
