LE Assassin's Creed 3 In Skyrim

Hello everyone,

 

So here it is, I have searched around the skyrim nexus for many thing like Connors armor, the armor that the American and British soldiers wore in AC3. I think that having these things, while making the game a less lore-friendly, would ultimately enhance the game play for some, or renew it for those who may have gotten a little board of the game. So basically what I am requesting/recommending the modding community for Skyrim to do it to create the Assassins outfit Connor wore, the outfits the British regulars wore, and the outfits the American Regulars wore, I mean come on we now have muskets, rifles, and flintlock pistols; isn't it time we add some armor that will match the new weapons.

 

Now not making a request of this just because it would be a massive undertaking, but a recommendation I have is that if someone does create the requested armors, someone should make an overhaul/redone version of the game just by changing the cloths civilians wear to something more colonial, and changing the armor the imperials armor to be the British regulars armor and give some of them muskets; and then change the Stormcloaks to wear the American regulars armor and also give some of them muskets. I mean it would basically make the game live in a different time period. The terrain is somewhat similar to colonial america and the buildings and structures kinda fit the time.

So if anyone actually creates the armors or the complete overhaul let me know I would like to be involved and kept in the loop if that is not to much to ask for.

There was this lawsuit over copyright infringement a while ago concerning Assassin's Creed mods on Skyrim. You'd have to be pretty careful not to port anything from the game or make them too similar or else it might happen again.

Really? You mean lawsuit because of self-made stuff or ported?

Hard to believe they could do anything for made-from-a-scratch model, as it's created from a scratch, but well, world is a weird place sometimes.

OMG give me British and American regulars as a replacement for the current civil war belligerents and that's all I need!!!!!

I think that giving the imperials redcoat garb, the stormcloaks american garb and giving both armies muskets would not only be the coolest thing ever but it would totally fit in with the lore as long as the stormcloak and imoperial flags/emblems are still kept, it would totally fit, especially the game taking place 200 years after oblivion... I just really want an 18th century overhaul for this game... sooooo badly!!! DX

I don't think that there chould be any copyright issues if you're just copying actual 18th century styles that are not necessaily the ones from ACIII.
