Can The Pip Boy Made To Do This?

I created a mod insipired by artificeren of Amata smiling on the Pip Boy.

I have another picture of Amata smiling with a different look that I'd like to use, and I'd love to figure out a way to have the mod just put another pic in place. Like as if the character would have the ability to swap the pictures and you'd see them change right in front of your eyes on the Pip Boy screen while you were looking at it.

 

Kind of like the idea if you had a few pics in your wallet and pulled one out and changed it with the other one. I would love the mod to be able to have a few pics it could change through

 

Is this possible at all to do?
