We have given you many chances and have been more lenient with you due to your generally helpful attitude. However, repeatedly and over the course of months now you have refused to honour site staff's requests to tone it down.

 

Too often you are engaging with - granted - often ignorant users and then start and perpetuate arguments.

 

In this recent example (we have had numerous reports), it is you who is causing the argument in the thread to escalate, due to you calling someone a "fool".

 

This is far from the first time and not only have you received 2 informal warnings about just that already, you chose to ignore the most recent message asking you to tone it down once again by simply leaving the PM thread without responding. This is not acceptable behaviour especially after having been warned about the same thing numerous times.

 

We have, therefore, come to the decision to issue this formal warning with a posting restriction of 7 days. This will be your last warning regarding this issue. If you are unable to respond to even ignorant users without causing arguments/name calling, then do not post at all.
