Need info on how to change scale of main UI - User Interface

I'm sure someone has posted this before but for life of me the search tools here just stump me with its restrictions. I tried but

found no info specific to what I want to do.

 

I'm desiring to reduce the scale of the UI one sees on the screen, not pipboy. The action points bar and related text

on lower right and the Hit points/compass on lower left in specific. Is there some way to reduce the scale?

 

I'm using the MTUI mod and I scrounged the XML files there but found nothing that worked. I found a way to modify one of the files to move the position of the bars but not the scale.

 

I'm not a XML guru so

don't know what to add to correct this problem.

 

I say it is a problem and it is if your on a PC running say, 1920x1200. The main UI is comically huge suitable for some

cheap TV console setup. I've played this game since launch but have decided I've had it with this overly large UI situation.

I plead with those that know for a solution.
