Random crashing indoors/ infinite load screen

More heartaches

After taking a 2 month break from fallout new vegas, I loaded up my game a few days ago and it's broken. while inside an interior cell it either instantly freezes or I am met with an infiinite load screen upon exiting. This also happens within 2 minutes or so when selecting another save ad fast traveling. The strangest part is that everything was working fine before I took a break from new vegas in early November- no issues, no crashes whatsoever. Since then I haven't added any mods or made changes to my game in any way, yet I am suddenly met with these issues.

Things I've tried:

-reinstalling FNV

-loading multiple saves

-removing mods

-adjusting load order

-disabling anti virus software

Another strange problem is that I now experience severe stuttering while indoors whenever the radio is turned off via pipboy (this only happens while FPS management is disabled via NVSR), however this stops as soon as I turn on the radio from the pipboy.

It's as if something unrelated to fallout itself has changed and is now causing these problems... Of note, I recently updated my drivers, AV, as well as some windows updates.

Error Log

I could really use some help here

In general, if you haven't changed anything about your game and it suddenly stops working correctly you need to look to other causes: such as software updates to Windows, programming libraries such as ".Net", or hardware drivers. Older games eventually get dropped from product testing, and you have to revert to an older version of a driver. It is also possible you are having problems with your hard drive. It never hurts to run "chkdsk" and an anti-virus scan.

FYI: If you recently had a Windows system update, you only have 10 days to revert to the previous version if you decide to choose that option.

Re: Audio stuttering. The game has "memory leaks", primarily linked to the audio system due to the version of the Ogg Vorbis Libraries used by Bethesda. Getting 2-3 hours before a CTD is pretty good. The audio problem is fixed by using the updated [http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/61265 Ogg Vorbis Libraries] posted by Kane Wright. You might also want to try using the tool "CleanMem", which periodically (you can set the interval; default is every 15 minutes) tells the OS to perform it's built-in "clean up" of memory. It has a "mini-monitor" that displays memory usage. Doesn't seem to hurt and might help.

Thanks- I ONCE AGAIN managed to fix things lol, but this has definitely been my strangest problem yet. Basically what happened: I forwarded changes from TTW redesigned's .esm via FNVedit to a number of other mod's .esp's that overwrote redesigned's changes. These mods were now attempting to pull assets from TTW redesigned's .bsa, which for whatever reason (2 months after the fact) began crashing my game. After transferring the files of the .BSA into loose folders, I'm no longer experiencing any issues. Still, a very strange problem to have, especially given the inconsistency of its timing/ crashes. But then again, it is New Vegas we're talking about.

Thanks for the help, Dubious!
