Jagblade
Alright to make it simple, I ran into so issues with my Skyrim install after using SKSE and trying (Ultimate Follower Overhaul) and afterwards (Extensive Follower Framework.) After everything was said and done while I was trying to fix everything, I was left with a very buggy game and was forced to reinstall from scratch and all the mods along with it. Now I am almost 100% certain I have downloaded and installed every single Mod I had (and a few extra!) yet I find myself having two or three folders left over in my back up folder (I copied the Skyrim directory to a folder on the desktop to use as a checklist of sorts as I reinstalled everything. Anyway, Here are the two folders below in some sense. I'm hoping one of you can tell me where they come from or what Mod adds them, to be sure I haven't missed anything. For future reference "Modfiles" is the name of the folder I was using as the checklist. Again, it is just a copy of my entire Skyrim directory. The bolded will be the folders and files in question. There is always the possibility that these are folders or files I overlooked when uninstalling mods once before, but I'll deal if it if that's the case. I just needed to be reminded of what they belong to. Mods, or Vanilla. C:\Users\Jag Blade\Desktop\Modfiles\Data\shadersfx\Lighting\059P800C05.fxpV800400.fxpV800405.fxpVC00401.fxp C:\Users\Jag Blade\Desktop\Modfiles\Data\DialogueViewsThere are way too many files to list here. 1,593 in total. C:\Users\Jag Blade\Desktop\Modfiles\Data\LSDataDtCdal.datDtC6dl.datWt8S9bs.datWt8S9fs.datWt16M9bs.datWt16M9fs.dat Now as far as I know, apart from a ton of extra scripts (Yet no other ESP or BSA files to replace) that is the only thing stumping me. I have no idea what these three directories are for as none of the mods I've reinstalled have added them. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance! chaospearl
I'm thinking LSData is something from the Creation Kit. Have you reinstalled that yet? The folder will probably appear when you do. Edit: And the lighting\059 folder is from the same thing. I just checked the dates on both of those folders on my machine (I have them both, identical to your checklist) and they're timestamped a minute apart, meaning they were created at the same time by the same something. And I'm pretty sure that something was the CK, given that the timestamp corresponds to when I updated both the CK and game to 1.8 and it's not vanilla Skyrim or you'd have the folders too.
