Tip: If you have mods installed but they aren't working/showing up in-game, try deleting your "mod_order.txt" file in mods folder.

Delete the "mod_order.txt" file if your installed mods aren't showing up.

I had tried installing mods both through vortex, and doing it manually. While my mods were installed and the manifest files were there, for some reason they never worked when i went in-game. I noticed my mod_order file was blank, and figured what the hell and deleted it. Booted the game back up and everything was loading fine.
