kodaxmax has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Conversion of a mod by another author to Skyrim SE and knowingly redistributing it without the original author’s permission

 

Uploader’s mod description (excerpt):

 

 

„ …This is just a basic conversion to make the mod work in Special Edition. The author NeoRunek hasn't done any modding since 2013.

All i did was extract the .BSA and re-save the mod in the updated CK. If the original author would like to upload their own updated version or would like me to send them the updated files, i'd be happy to do so and take this down. …“

 

Remark

If the original author has not been active for a while/long time or is not available at all for whatever reason, s/he still has the right to control the usage of her/his assets; her/his permission cannot tacitly be taken for granted.
