blazingakatosh
I'm having a problem with Oblivion, whenever I'm facing directly at an npc I can't hear them talk yet I see their lips move. I have UN-installed and RE-installed and it still has not fixed this problem. I do hear people talk when I'm turned left or right and turned around when they say random things. I have downloaded the latest patch and still nothing has happened. I don't have Shivering Isles..... I sent this problem to Bethesda and they said it has to do something with Windows Vista....I just wanted to ask here one last time before I gave up because I know people make Unofficial patches... Shadowcran
I have Vista and I can't explain why it does that. Let's just say that when they created Vista, they rushed the product out the door and it shows. Ever notice those "mojave" ads where they trick people into liking Vista? Ever notice the "perks" they list for it are things that all computers have been able to do for over a decade? The difference is, Vista just does them a little bit worse(sometimes a lot). "You can even Download your pictures and organize them!" Big whoopety doo I hate to have to use this advice but: Learn to live with it. Sometimes the dialogue works just fine for me, other times it won't work at all. Ruined Tales Tale mod is the prime example of this. Sometimes it works perfectly, others not at all. At least there's no inbetween, eh?
