Strange and Annoying Bug!!!!

I have a big problem :S

For no reason, today i join Skyrim with my Khajiita and i die in 2 hits :S

 

Wolfs, Spiders, everything kill me in just 1 or 2 hits! I was thinking it was my armor but when i unequip all (armor, weapons, everything) it says I have -4500 armor so WTF?

 

I tried to fix by uninstalling some mods but anything, with Vanilla Skyrim it still -4500. Also i tried to go some church and heal my curses, diseases, etc but nothing. So What can i do ?

A bug with the Marked for Death shout can cause a problem like this. This was the advice from the Steam forums. Seems to work.

 

Make sure you aren't doing anything to increase your AR (remove all armor, wait for any spell to expire). Bring up the console using tilde and try the console command: player.forceAV DamageResist 0

 

That should reset AR to 0
