What Inspired your character

Hunter Killer

Recommended Posts

I get my characters from whatever i feel at the time. If i'm angry, i make an evil character and kill as many peasants as i can get away with. if i'm happy i'll make a character that is probably a mage so i can kill people and blame it on the magic. and of course if i just wanna kill people with ease and no remorse i'll get a fighter who just goes around with the iron sparksword and kills animals while still doing quests and making a living. But thats just the one time-never play again files. If i did want to make a long lasting character my ideas might come from another game or something.

My character was inspired by the awesome mods created by Rhedd. You can download the Rhedd heads through a grouped mod like World of Faces or individually for each race. Then, you just have to play the game.

As for names, I usually borrow monikers from books by either China MievilleOrson Scott Card or William Gibson, since they are the only three writers in the last twenty-five years to have any original thoughts.

My characters, were inspired by my GCSE coursework (creative piece).

the first is a young dunmer thief (name: Rufus), i always think of thieves leaping from one building to the next, and sending daggers and poison spells back at guards chasing them. So my thief has weaponry and spells that reflect this.

My Sorceror (name: dro'sha) is also dunmer, though older, "sorceror" always seems to be a powerful word, and therefore those who are powerful should call themselves this. So my sorceror has v. powerful spells. he just stands there blasting everything in sight.

My Archer(name: Vaan) is again, a Dunmer, i always think archers should be well armored, so my Archer has Adamantium armor, and he always uses a crossbow.

My dark elf mage was inspired by the black-robed mage Fistandantilus from the DRAGONLANCE series. He is considered (in the novels)to be the most powerful mage of all time...

My Imperial warrior was also inspired by a DRAGONLANCE character. He is named Tanis (Tanis Half-Elven - from Dragonlance) However he talks on the traits of a different character named Caramon who is an incredibly strong warrior capable of single-handedly combatting an Ogre :)

I do intend for my next character to be an original creation... well, a character from a novel that I am writing :P
