Looking for a mod- Dynamic weapon enchantment lighting

Hey guys, I'm looking for a specific mod/tweak and my search abilities have come up dry. Basically, I want a dynamic lighting effect where targets hit with Auriel's bow will cast light on the environment for a second or two. It's distracting when I sneak up on a draugr, hit him with an arrow and see the swirling light effect, but the shadows and environment around him stay pitch black.

 

Is there such thing?
