Adding/removing mods for everyone, easy and smooth

THIS is what will save you from painfull headaches.. When installing/deinstalling mods..

PLease tell that to all, newbies, pro oblivion players, if you like them.. If not, don't.. Anyone who has problems with installing and most important, deinstalling mods without making a mess..

With this program you won't need to make repeated installations of the game..

This is what this program does:

- it is free, but you can give some coins to those geniouses :whistling:

- It installs mods

- it can make a snapshot of files, so you know what files are missing when you deinstall mods so you just add them or remake them the way they should ave been(fcom reinstall over 5-6 files!? no mo) but this programm doesn't loose files if used correctly!

- if installed mod overwrites some files in the game folder, it makes a backup of those overwrote files

- if you install mod B over mod A which overwrote some original files in the first place, it will make backups of the original file, mod A file, and place mod B file over it. BUT YOU CANNOT DEINSTALL MOD A BEFORE MOD B and in that way you preserve your installation from errors.. so you deinstall mod B if you don't like it, you have mod A, deinstall mod A if you don't like you have original files untouched and clean..

- it always tell you what mod overwrote what mod

- it can make your installations a click away, rather than painfull, long decompressing etc. on the expense of couple of gb or less of hd(most of you do it anyway)

- no need for big game backups anymore

- you can use it on almost any game!

Some tips:

1. still you have to use obmmmodmanager or wrye bash for load order and esp activation

2. make a snapshot of a certain point that you will not change ever, like original oblivion or fcom install that I have.. That way when you deinstall some minor mod that made some overwrites, you don't have to wonder what is that file that I miss, do I have to install FCOM, (AGAIN!?!?) etc. BUT I will say again- "this programm doesn't loose files if used correctly!"

3. most mods come in rar or zip file that don't have the structure of folders for jsgme:

They have to be like this:

mod name/data/meshes

mod name/data/texture

mod name/data/sound

mod name/data/alivewater.esp(e.g.)

4. YOU INSTALL it, THE PROGRAM, JSGME into your game directory, it then makes mods folder here: ../program files/bethesda../oblivion/mods. You copy your mods with a structure given "upstairs" into mods folder, doubleclick jsgme to start and boom install it.

I REALLY HOPE YOU GO THIS WAY.. THIS reduces wtf occurances(believe me, I am a sort of newbie here, never experienced one, except in the start when I used obmm for installing the mods, because of that I installed fcom three time!?!?!!? NO MORE)..

The supreme thing why this tool is better than obmm is because of automatic backup..

But you can use both of them in many ways.. COMBO.. The mods that don't conflict you install with obmm, the mods that do conflict or overwrite something with jsgme(you can use omods for finding out which mods conflict).. I do it that way.. EDIT: TO SAVE HD SPACE, I have 100 gb low hd ;)

Originally, I was using it for silent hunter 3, but I used it for san andreas and all the games I found mods.. ;) You just install it in another game's main folder..

you can have more installs of it in several game folders, that means one for each game you mod.. geez it's like a swiss knife, for me when it comes to mods ;)

It allows to add/remove mods in a matter of seconds, without waiting omod to decompress, compress, bla bla and then ask me to overwrite the file for which I must make an backu.. huh you got the picture..

Please, pass the word dezdimona.. This is perfect for anyone..
