Can't access map and compass huds are not showing up on SSE (moded)

Really don't know what went wrong suddenly after opening the game today I can't access the map, I press 'm' to access the map but it just flashes for a sec and switches back to the game. Simultaneously there's no compass hud in the game. It's really hard to play the game like this and also, it took me few days to mod the game without crashing it(new to this game), so posting out of desperation to fix this minor issue and keep all the mods.Can anyone help me out on this please?

Well, it a feature of one of your mod SL Survival.esp, go into mcm to disable it if you wish so.
