ArchiveInvalidation

Just a quick question. How do you create an ArchiveInvalidation txt and where exactly do you put it? From researching, I've found mixed answers. Some people say put in Fallout 3 folder while others say put it in the data folder. Readmes on mods usually only say things like "create an archiveinvalidation if you dont' have one. Then add in the following info..." The readmes don't tell you where to put the archiveinvalidation txt and how to create one.

Use notepad, type in or copy and paste the lines in the readme into notepad and save as Archiveinvalidation.txt. It goes in the data folder.Once you have one just add the lines of any new mods that require it.

EDIT:IT goes in the Fallout 3 main folder.Just realized i said data, sorry.Mine's in data and all my mods are working so idk.
