Stonez Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 (edited) Hey guys. I have a wee problem since I started playing with the mods using NMM. I tried a couple of the nude mods out of curiosity but decided to go back to underwear so uninstalled them. Now all of my Whiterun guards are naked except for loin cloths and weapons (no pun intended). Is there a way to get the armour back? I unloaded all mods and plug ins, deleted all my mods from the Steam workshop but still nada.. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled but Whiterun is still clothing optional for it's defenders. Can anyone help my guys look normal again. TIA http://i46.tinypic.com/rk3k81.jpg Edited November 17, 2012 by Stonez
Amoryenar Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 looks like the file you need is missing. That's my reasoning. Try backing up your saves and then reinstalling Skyrim. I know when I missed something I had to reinstall and it fixed it.

wowmel Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 Did you find a way to fix this? I've tried reinstalling, turning off mods etc. nothing fixed it. It only seem to be the whiterun guards, and only some of them. Hmmm
srauch Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 I found the solution to this through alot of trial and error. Each time you see one of the naked guards, hit the ~ key to bring up the console. Click on the guard so that his ID# shows in at the top of the console.. Type in "resetinventory". Hit the key again to close the console. That will fix it. You have to do it for each guard that's messed up.
