Infinte Loading Screens and Save/Script Bloat

Hey, I was hoping some can help provide some advice on my current Skyrim Modlist/load order as I experience constant infinite loading screens after a certain amount of time maybe 2-3 hours of play. I'm also worried about save bloat and possible script bloat or any number of problems that can ruin my save/game. The game does work currently and is fairly stable only get lag sometime here and there but again can't play longer than 2-3 hours max.

I have a current save 29hrs in, save size is 9.5mb
