Load Order Problems/ Skyrim Glitching

So let me start off my saying I'm new to modding and I've never been much of a tech-savvy person. I've been experimenting with some new mods and things were great. I started having issues with the Authentic Legion mod. The Imperials would be wearing the correct helmets, but their cuirasses were still vanilla. Genaral Tullius as well as Rikke are both wearing vanilla armor as well, however many officers were decked out in the new armor. After tinkering around for a while I noticed some of the city guards would be missing equipment, mostly boots but sometimes they were only wearing loin cloths. Next I noticed some npc's clothes were that glitchy white-purple color. Finally my game started to lag pretty drastically until it froze up completely. I have NEVER experienced this problem before. I'm trying to learn how to properly use Vortex and LOOT, but I still am a bit out of my depth. I'm running it on an Acer Nitro 5, if that matters. Thank you to anyone that can help!

 

So to sum up:

- Authentic Legion Armor only partly renders in-game

-Guards missing equipment (boots, cuirasses, etc)

-NPCs decked in glitchy purple-white clothes

-Lagging and freezing making the game unplayable
