Nobody in Dragon's reach is able to communicate and several other cities are the same. I tried reverting to an earlier save,restarting the game several times,removed mods and nothing seems to work. Is there a patch I could use? I have the 1.8.151.07 Version of the game which I think is the Latest. I do not run steam just the stand alone game. Someone Please Help...
