CTD at Winterhold

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting to winterhold. Every time to go there or get close the game ctds on me. I have tried disabling all my winterhold related mods, realistic water 2 and even additional music project to see if they were the cause. Still crashed to desktop, even on a fresh save. Attached you'll see my system specs and the error message Crash Fixes keeps giving me, i tried the funclist function and couldn't find anything that matches the ID.
