strange sound & texture issue

I'm getting strange issues with the 1.8 patch. The game starts up fine, but after a while, either some textures get messed up and turn purple, or the sound gets stuck (it constantly plays an ambient sound like the wind blowing, but there are no other sounds, and the dialogues skip as well).First I thought some of the bsa-s were corrupted. but this problem didn't get solved after verifying the game's integrity. After it, I thought one of the mods make this problem. With no mods enabled, it seemed like it worked fine, but I only went in the first dungeon (haven't got the time to go further). I tried to narrow it down to one of the mods but with no luck.

I've cleaned them with TES5edit so that can't be the problem. Maybe someone can find the problem which I didn't notice, or someone knows a fix for this because most of these mods are necessary for me and can't play without them T_T

 

Edit: Forgot to say, When it's not bugged, skyrim crashes after 20 minutes or so.

I am having the same problem, But its only the strange noise for me, it keeps playing and its kinda creeping me out, but the odd thing is, is that I have not installed a single mod and at one point I was in a village and the noise played and battle music randomly started up.
