Recommended Mods?

Well, after quite a long break from F:NV to do other things like, deploy and what have you with the Army. I'm back state-side with more then enough free time and I figured I would boot up F:NV again, but I am looking for some recommended mods to go with it to enhance the overall experience of the game. Here are some things I am looking for:

 

More locations overall

Faster Monster Respawns (If possible, one that allows for indoor monsters to respawn.)

Faster Vendor Restocking

Enhanced Visuals

More Equipment / Crafting Recipes

 

I heard of one a while back but didn't have the chance to look into it, it was apparently a type of overhaul for the game... Project something, I forget the name of it and the guy who told me about it got switched to a new duty station so I can't ask him currently.

 

Anywho, any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

So I guess I an now just looking for something to make monsters respawn faster, vendors restock faster and something that adds Crafting Recipes (I think Project Nevada does but I am not 100% sure, since it seems to change and add a whole lot.)
