Witcher 3 Mod Merging Troubleshooting

Ok, so I'm literally brand new to modding the Witcher (literally just started) trying to follow all of the mod installations on each mod page but it's a bit overwhelming. I downloaded the mod merger and think I've merged all the files but I still can't start the game this is what I get:
