ElecB0ogalo0
While I was reading up on the lore of the elder scrolls games on the elder scrolls wiki I came across a page detailing holidays that are celebrated in the lore. Then a thought came to my mind. What if someone was to take the time to script these holidays into the game as if the people and cities of Skyrim were actually celebrating them. One example would be The Warriors Festival on the 20th of Sun's Dusk where all the blacksmiths sell armor and weapons at half price. For this it is pretty self explanatory. You would have to code all the blacksmiths to sell everything at half price on that one day. Another one would be the Tales and Tallows. On this day Necromancers celebrate so they could have it to where they aren't hostile and, believing that the player is another Necromancer, wishes him a happy holiday, or have Necromancers randomly spawn on the roads. If anyone decides to take the time to make this mod you can find the Calender here: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Calendar
Trucidation
I'd love to see this. Actually, different daily routines for NPCs in general. The main problem is, as I understand it, they have ONE routine. Which kind of makes getting a calendar to work no small feat.
